Dr. Andrew Taylor
PT, DPT
Clinic Director
Dr. Taylor completed his Doctor of Physical Therapy training from Widener University in 2019. He uses an exercise-based approach to physical therapy formed around each patient’s needs to help them address pain, maximize function, and achieve their specific goals.
Dr. Taylor’s background also includes exercise physiology.
In his free time, he enjoys playing rec sports, lifting weights, and walking his dogs.
Dr. Christopher Sands
PT, DPT, MS
Staff Physical Therapist
Dr. Sands completed his Doctor of Physical Therapy training in 2023. With his background in collegiate and lifestyle athletics, Dr. Sands loves treating patients within the realms of orthopedics and sports. He is able to utilize his learned experience and commonalities to assist the rehab of individuals, getting them back to the activities that dominate their motivation for a balanced lifestyle. As a current hybrid athlete himself, he looks forward to connecting with patients who share these similar passions.
Dr. Sands specializes in knee rehab (ACL, meniscal injuries, patellar tendinopathy, PFPS) and shoulder rehab (rotator cuff injuries, post-ops, throwing injuries). Alongside these particular conditions, he has personal experience in rehabbing injuries related to climbing, running, and gymnastics.
Dr. Sands has accumulated several men’s gymnastics accolades, including team champion, team captain, and MVP.

Dr. Tyler Claycomb
PT, DPT
Staff Physical Therpist
Dr. Claycomb completed his Doctor of Physical Therapy training in 2024 at Temple University. His clinical experience involved working under a neurological specialist for vestibular rehabilitation at Grand View Hospital, working in the lung transplant unit at Temple University Hospital, and working in outpatient orthopedics on the sports rehab team at Penn Medicine.
Before Tyler was a physical therapist, he worked as a Physical Therapy Aide and Personal Trainer, helping clients achieve their physical goals since 2018.
When Tyler is not at work, he enjoys travelling with friends, watching/attending Philadelphia sports games, playing rec sports (from competitive kickball to flag football), and achieving his own physical goals in the gym.
John Jasper “JJ”
LAT, ATC
Athletic Trainer/Mobility Specialist
Bringing over 30 years of experience in the rehabilitation of orthopedic injuries, John assists athletic trainers in the school setting and is a mobility specialist for the Kinetic Stretch program.
In his free time, John loves to ski and play pickleball.
