Clinic Director
Dr. Kurtz completed his Doctor of Physical Therapy training in 2019. He enjoys working with individuals seeking to reduce pain and improve their overall function and performance. Dr. Kurtz serves populations ranging from pediatrics to geriatrics. He takes pride in his bedside manner and thrives on patient education.
Dr. Kurtz has a Titleist Performance Institute Medical 2 certification and experience in treating orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions. He’s also a Phoenixville Area Senior Center board of directors member and the Temple University AAOMPT Student Special Interest Group founder.
He enjoys golfing, trying craft breweries, and visiting Ocean City, Maryland, with his family. Dr. Kurtz is also very active in his local community!

Dr. Nicholas Zalaffi
PT, DPT
Team Physical Therapist
Dr. Zalaffi completed his Doctor of Physical Therapy training at Temple University in 2023. Leveraging his background in kinesiology and exercise science, Dr. Zalaffi treats the general orthopedic population. He evaluates relevant impairments and collaborates on patient centered plans of care to target specific impairments, getting them back to doing the things they love and achieving their own goals. Dr. Zalaffi specializes in reducing pain, improving function, and minimizing fall risks.
He enjoys many forms of exercise, including weightlifting, hiking, basketball, and skiing. Dr. Zalaffi also enjoys watching football and comic book movies.

Susan Kammerle
PT
Team Physical Therapist
Sue has a master’s in physical therapy from Hahnemann University. She enjoys treating all populations from pediatric to geriatric with the ultimate goal to return them to their previous level of function. Sue is certified in Vestibular Rehabilitation, Concussion rehab and has 38 years of experience in Orthopedic specializing in post-operative care. She has been a Clinic Director of 2 different facilities for 30 years, certification in Vestibular Rehab, and won the award for clinical excellence
Sue played fast pitch softball for half of her life and then continued playing after graduation in a men’s league until she was 50.
When not working she likes spending time with family and friends, spending time at the beach, working out and taking care of 4 very large dogs 🙂
