Dr. Jared Bonacquisti
PT, DPT, CSCS
Dr. Bonacquisti completed his Doctor of Physical Therapy training in 2018. As Clinic Director, he oversees and manages the facility to ensure the highest quality of care for each patient and client. Dr. Bonacquisti also treats a variety of patient populations to get them back to what they love to do.
His area of expertise includes shoulder, concussion, and adolescent sports medicine.
Dr. Bonacquisti is a passionate athlete who has played football his entire life. When he’s not at the clinic or playing football, he likes to spend time with his wife and son.
Dr. Courtney Hanscom
Staff Physical Therapist
Dr. Hanscom has been a physical therapist since 2019. Her objective is to work with patients to develop plans of care that achieve their personal goals. She believes that the meaningful relationships that therapists and patients develop while working together give physical therapy a unique place in the medical field, and this is one of her favorite aspects of working in PT.
Dr. Hanscom has spent most of her career working with individuals who have neurological disorders such as Parkinson’s disease, post-stroke, ataxia, and cerebral palsy. She continually helps her patients build strength and confidence.
Dr. Hanscom is LSVT BIG certified, a specialized rehabilitation certification for Parkinson’s disease. She’s also a certified Professional Bike Fitter and USA Triathlon Level 1 coach.
One of her goals is to ride her bike or finish a triathlon in all 50 states.
Dr. Erin Helm
PT, DPT, CLW
Staff Physical Therapist
Dr. Helm has been a physical therapist since 2014. She focuses on providing oncology rehabilitation services from diagnosis onward. Dr. Helm looks at the previous, current, and upcoming treatments to create an individual plan that allows patients to progress through treatment and beyond with fewer side effects and quality of life improvement.
She has a clinical background in oncology and neurorehabilitation in outpatient settings and acute rehabilitation. Dr. Helm is also a certified lymphedema therapist with a focus on oncology. She has been a guest speaker for local and national oncology support groups and an assistant professor at Widener University.
Dr. Helm enjoys spending time with her family, including her husband, two boys, and dog, Lucy.
Director of Training
Anthony Mitchell completed his Bachelor in Exercise Science Degree in 2020. As Director of Training, he oversees and manages Kinetic’s training programs to ensure that quality, science-based programming and the highest level of coaching are offered.
Specializing in strength, conditioning, and biomechanics, Anthony’s PT experience has allowed him to demonstrate and teach exercise techniques correctly, including progressing or regressing properly. He instills confidence and creates an understanding of exercise in individuals and groups.
Outside of prioritizing time with his family, loved ones, and pooches, Anthony tries to be in the outdoors as much as possible. This includes all kinds of recreational sports, hiking, and traveling around the country. If he’s not outside or at work, he’s likely at home eating and watching any Philadelphia-based sports teams! Anthony is also a USA Powerlifting Club coach.
