Our Kinetic Train team understands that weightlifting is beneficial to long-term health and wellness. That’s why we created Freedom Barbell, a program designed to sustain and build our neuromuscular system while supporting diverse lifestyles and age groups.

Freedom Barbell classes utilize the bench press, squat, deadlift, and accessory exercises. The program focuses on training cycles ranging from 4-16 weeks, followed by a comprehensive strength assessment. This training style leads to consistent progress, injury reduction, and the development of true functional strength. Walk-ins are welcome!
