FOUNDATIONS
A small-group, flow-based strength class designed for longevity, movement quality, and foundational strength. Mostly compound, full-body strength training with principles of yoga and mobility to help promote strong, fluid movement.

The Freedom Barbell strength training program utilizes objective data to get you progressively stronger through powerlifting principles that incorporate compound lifts and accessory movements necessary to be full-body strong.

HIIT
F.I.T Freedom Barbell HIIT classes are a blend of strength training and interval training, with one or two complimentary full body strength movement in the beginning followed by coach led stations built around full body movements that challenge your cardiovascular fitness.
