60-90 MINUTE FREE-FLOWING COACHED CLASS


  • Warm Up (15 minutes
  • Main Lifts (20 – 30 minutes
  • Squat, Bench Press, Deadlift, Overhead Press 
  • Accessory Exercises (20 minutes
  • RDL, Pull Ups, Lunges, DB and Isolated Movements, etc. 
  • Core/Conditioning (5 minutes
  • Optional Recovery (5-10 minutes

Freedom Barbell classes utilize the bench press, squat, deadlift, and accessory exercises. The program focuses on training cycles ranging from 8-10 weeks, followed by a comprehensive strength assessment. This training style leads to consistent progress, injury reduction, and the development of true functional strength.
