The Freedom Barbell strength training program utilizes objective data to get you progressively stronger through powerlifting principles that incorporate compound lifts and accessory movements necessary to be full-body strong.

FREE-FLOWING
COACHED CLASS
Warm Up (15 minutes)
Main Lifts (20 – 30 minutes)
- Squat, Bench Press, Deadlift, Overhead Press
Accessory Exercises (20 minutes)
RDL, Pull Ups, Lunges, DB and Isolated Movements, etc.
Core/Conditioning (5 minutes)
Optional Recovery (5-10 minutes)
WALK-INS ARE WELCOME!
The Freedom Barbell program focuses on training cycles ranging from 8-10 weeks, followed by a comprehensive strength assessment. This training style leads to consistent progress, injury reduction, and the development of true functional strength.
