60-90 MINUTE FREE-FLOWING COACHED CLASS
- Warm Up (15 minutes)
- Main Lifts (20 – 30 minutes)
- Squat, Bench Press, Deadlift, Overhead Press
- Accessory Exercises (20 minutes)
- RDL, Pull Ups, Lunges, DB and Isolated Movements, etc.
- Core/Conditioning (5 minutes)
- Optional Recovery (5-10 minutes)

Freedom Barbell classes utilize the bench press, squat, deadlift, and accessory exercises. The program focuses on training cycles ranging from 8-10 weeks, followed by a comprehensive strength assessment. This training style leads to consistent progress, injury reduction, and the development of true functional strength.
